The property stands out for its spacious and bright living-dining room, with large windows that provide abundant natural light throughout the day, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It is equipped with a Smart TV, a comfortable chaise longue sofa and modern furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying in company.

Enjoy pleasant holidays in this centrally located accommodation in Rincón de la Victoria. This is a cosy and elegant recently renovated apartment with all kinds of amenities and details. Accommodating up to 6 people, with the beach just 2 minutes walking distance and its private terrace make it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of Costa del Sol or visit other nearby points of interest.
It features a bright living room with Smart TV connected to an open-plan kitchen with an island, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a charming interior terrace. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender and filter coffee machine. Its two bedrooms are tastefully decorated, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, the apartment has a sofa bed that can be easily opened for two more people to sleep. We also have an iron and clothesline for clothing.
On the other hand, the terrace/backyard is exclusively for guests and is accessed through the master bedroom. Undoubtedly a perfect place to disconnect by reading a book or enjoying a coffee peacefully.
